Skills / interests: Screening and selecting studies, Patient and public input

Methodological skills / interests: Co-production

The People's Review is a new and exciting way to take part in research - where the public decide all the major steps of a systematic review. It’s a fun, free way to enjoy science while doing a little bit of good in the world.

Now it’s time to find the studies that will answer the People’s favourite question: Does resistance training make a difference to quality of life or heart health for older adults compared to aerobic exercise?

Stage 4: Select the Studies is open now!We need your help to sift through short study summaries (also known as screening) to find the research that answers this question.

Everything happens online, and you can join in even if you haven’t taken part in previous stages.
