Looking for individuals with lived experience of an auditory, visual, or learning (such as dyslexia) impairment, limitation or disability to test accessibility features on a website (text-to-speech, magnifying content, etc).
Skills / interests: Consumer (public, patient, carer) input
Individuals will be asked to attend one 20 minute virtual 1:1 meeting. Individuals will be asked to share their screen and walk through using accessibility features on a website. Features may include text-to-speech, screen readers, changing font size and magnifying content, changing the color of text and/or its background.
Reactions, emotions, quotes may be recorded (written) during the session. Individuals are welcome to share as much or as little information as they wish during the call. Feedback will be anonymise and it would only be shared with Cochrane product and consumer teams.
Information may be used to assess accessibility needs on a website.
At this time, individuals applying must have access to a computer and Zoom or Teams software and video calling. All meetings will be in English. Meetings aimed to be scheduled between 27 - 31 January 2025.
