While prior experience in systematic reviews and meta-analyses is an asset, we also welcome applicants who have a strong interest in learning and developing skills in these areas. Key attributes we are looking for include: Interest in Literature Reviews: While prior experience is preferred, a strong willingness to learn and develop skills in systematic reviews and meta-analyses is essential. Familiarity with Scientific Databases: Experience with databases like Embase, Web of Science, and MEDLINE is a plus, but we also value individuals who are eager to learn how to effectively search for literature. Data Analysis Skills: Experience with statistical analysis and data organization tools like RevMan, Stata, or R is beneficial, but we are also open to individuals with an eagerness to develop these skills. Risk of Bias and Quality Assessment: Familiarity with tools like GRADE to assess the quality of evidence is a plus, but those with a desire to learn about risk of bias and quality assessment are encouraged to apply. Critical Thinking & Analytical Abilities: We seek individuals who are inquisitive, able to analyze complex data, and have an eye for detail, with a desire to improve their analytical thinking. Strong Writing Skills: Applicants should have some writing experience or a strong interest in drafting and editing research papers, as well as summarizing findings in clear, concise formats. Team Collaboration: Ability to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and learning from others. Additionally, the ideal applicant should: Have a background in clinical research or neurosciences, or a strong interest in these fields.
