Do you perform literature searching or have an interest in literature searching? Your input is needed on a protocol considering educational interventions for improving health-related literature searching skills.
Skills / interests: Patient and public input
I am looking for members of the public who would be willing to peer review this Cochrane Methodology protocol “Educational interventions for improving health-related literature searching skills.”
Cochrane considers a public-member reviewer of Methodology titles to be a person with experience in evidence syntheses and systematic review methodology (such as literature searching, data extraction), who are keen to provide commentary from an end-user angle.
A protocol is a plan for a systematic review. Public member input at protocol stage is integral to ensure that the completed systematic review will be helpful to users of evidence syntheses and healthcare decision making. For this peer review assignment, you will be asked to complete a short form with your feedback. Our aim is for this to be a manageable task, that does not overburden consumer reviewers.
Thank you in advance for considering!
