Help Us Improve Patient Materials on Managing High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

We are developing evidence-based patient education materials to support people living with high blood pressure (hypertension) in managing their condition effectively. We are looking for volunteers to review and provide feedback on draft content designed for patients, caregivers, and the public.
The materials include:
- A short guide on lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, salt reduction)
- Medication adherence tips
- A plain-language explanation of risks, treatment goals, and blood pressure targets
Ideal applicant
People with lived experience of hypertension (patients or carers), or healthcare students/professionals interested in improving patient-centered communication. Clear, empathetic reviewers welcome!
