Volunteer meta analysis specialist needed for personalised nutrition approaches meta analysis

Skills / interests: Risk of Bias assessment, Statistical analysis, PICO annotation, Qualitative analysis, Using GRADE, Data analysis and organisation

Methodological skills / interests: Comparing multiple interventions (network meta-analysis and overviews), Bias, Statistics, GRADEing, Qualitative evidence synthesis

 

Looking for middle + meta analysis specialist to perfom statistical calculations and vizualisation for:

1 - Correlation of personalised nutrition (PN) approach and biomarkers, heterogenity, publication risk of bias etc.

2 - Network meta analysis to rank PN approaches.

3 - should some data be unsufficient, more data would be needed to be parced and organised for further analysis. 

There are two excel spreadsheets available and featuring selected publications and parsed data from the pdf's.

Requirements: knowledge and expereience in R package or any other relevant statistical software to cover the required calcs and vizualisations, knowledge in medical and nutrition clincal types of trials, experience in meta analysis, data normalisation.

Ideal applicant

Looking for a motivated researcher to uncover new numeric knowledge and evidence within the bigger mission and idea - help the world to use nutrition to cure alimentary diseases. Experience in meta analysis (middle +), knowledge and experience of statistical packages and/or R package. Looking for a disciplined, keen for details, capable to hold the responsibility for the result and able to meet deadlines. Remote location - absolutely fine. Time for regular meeting will be defined at the kick-off zoom call. Time difference - max 2 hours behind or ahead Moscow time (could be negotiated though). Time to be dedicated to perform the task will be defined by the executor himself as long as the task is completed within the identified deadline.
