We are working to assess the landscape of how death via cardiorespiratory causes or neurologic brain death are determined in different countries. We have identified the relevant statutes, guidelines, and decisions regarding this matter. We have used DeepL, an AI translation service to provide a preliminary translation, but would greatly appreciate a native speaker's assessment of the translation with any corrections they see fit. Given the legal nature of our research, the precision of each word in our translation is important as the difference bet permanent and irreversible cessation of circulation can be of critical importance in how the law is applied. We would greatly appreciate any assistance in improving our translations.
