Skills / interests: Data extraction, Patient and public input

Methodological skills / interests: Co-production

The People's Review is a new and exciting way to take part in research - where the public decide all the major steps of a systematic review. It’s a fun, free way to enjoy science while doing a little bit of good in the world.

Now it’s time to find the studies that will answer the People’s favourite question: Does resistance training make a difference to quality of life or heart health for older adults compared to aerobic exercise?

Stage 5: Extract the Data is open now! We need pull out important information from the included studies. We are asking people to extract data from at least 3 studies. Everything happens online, and you can join in even if you haven’t taken part in previous stages. There is training and support material available.
