Skills / interests: Risk of Bias assessment
Methodological skills / interests: Co-production
The People's Review is a new and exciting way to take part in research - where the public decide all the major steps of a systematic review. It’s a fun, free way to enjoy science while doing a little bit of good in the world.
The public decided the review question and now it's time to check if there are any flaws (or biases) in how the studies in our review were done. The People’s favourite question is: Does resistance training make a difference to quality of life or heart health for older adults compared to aerobic exercise?
Stage 6: Check for Bias is open now! We need you to assess risk of bias in the included studies. We are asking people to assess the risk of bias in at least 3 studies. Everything happens online, and you can join in even if you haven’t taken part in previous stages. Don't worry - no experience is necessary. Training and support is provided.
